We want you to love your travel gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS.
returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- To be eligible for a return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase
- All purchased merchandise will contain a return label with all shipping costs.
- Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider).

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability.

- Include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange
- We’ll guide you through the next steps
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or washed merchandise
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
